Is Xpress Skins waterproof?
All electronic devices need to be kept away from water and moisture. Our skins are water resistant and the colors will not run or fade, however, they do not waterproof your device.

If for some reason our product fails, you can send us the damaged skin and we will more than glad to replace it for you.
How are Xpress Skins made?
All graphics are printed on premium vinyl in high resolution and then protected with UV shield, a durable gloss / matte laminate that prevents hard scratching, and peeling. Colors stay vibrant with environmentally safe UV inks.
Where are Xpress Skins made?
Xpress Skin products are designed and made in Texas in our own facility, to assure quality.
How do I check on the status of my order?
Sign-in to your account and click “My Account” located in the upper left corner. How do I remove an Xpress Skin? All Xpress Skins are made with an easy release adhesive that will leave no residue. Simply lift the vinyl at a corner or seam and slowly pull off. A little heat might be needed for longer installed skins.
I’ve messed up the installation...now what?
Although mounting your skin is easy, mistakes happen. We will replace your skin no-charge; just pay the shipping and handling charge. See instructions listed under the Xpress Skins guarantee.
Can I order a custom skin?

What is the Xpress Skins Guarantee?
All Xpress Skins carry the “WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY WARRANTY” and it’s simple.
If you are not pleased with your purchase, for any reason within 30 days, simply send us an Email at Sales@XpressSkins.com with your order number, pictures of the problem and the reason for the return, and we will be happy to provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number for a refund or exchange. All returns MUST arrive within 30 days of initial purchase, be in new/unused condition, and include an RMA#. Refunds will be issued less shipping and handling, as well as any applicable processing or restocking fees, within 5 business days of receiving the return. Xpress Skins is not responsible for return shipping fees. Improper/unauthorized returns may be subject to additional processing fees, up to and including the full purchase price of the order.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on any custom items designed using the “Custom Design” customizer.

How long will it take to get a refund?
We issue refunds within 5 days of the receipt of your item. A credit will appear on your credit card statement based on your card service’s 30-day cycle.
Do XpressSkins cover the screen of my device?
No. We offer matching wallpaper designs to be downloaded to your device and show through the screen still allowing for easy reading. See Wallpaper.
How do I get the free wallpaper
Each item on our site features (if applicable) a “Download Wallpaper” link. Search for your device name and the name of your skin, choose your item from the search results, and find the gray "Download Wallpaper" link on the item page!
Will an Xpress Skin protect my device?
Our skins not only customize and style your device but will protect it from nicks, scratches, dust, and dirt. Xpress Skins are made of ultra-thin but very tough vinyl to protect your device from life’s daily abuse and keep it bright and new without the added weight and size of a hard case.
Why does the design on my skin not line up exactly like the picture on your website?
We take great care in making our product images as accurate as possible, but in some cases, the printed item will not be an exact match to the digital representation due to the nature of applying a two-dimensional image to a three-dimensional object.
Why is my skin a slightly different color than on your website?
We are extremely careful in checking for true colors in our production process and use a worldwide accepted color matching system for color “trueness”. Variations of color are generally because of the different brightness, color, and tone settings, along with the age of computer monitors and laptop screens.
Do you sell hard cases?
Unfortunately not yet. Our products are vinyl decals and we do not carry hard cases for any products at this time.
Can I place a phone order?
Xpress Skins is web-based and the ordering portion of our secure site is easy to navigate. Written orders help us all to avoid mistakes.
Can I safely use my credit card on XpressSkins.com?
Our website and checkout system are encrypted and secure to protect your privacy and transaction method.
How can I know what new designs and styles are being made?
We will issue a newsletter from time to time with the latest from XpressSkins, special offers, and discounts, along with all kinds of news about the latest new devices on the market. You can opt-out from any emails from us in My Account.
Do you sell or rent your customer list?
We don’t like junk e-mails and neither do you. We do not sell or rent our customer information.
How can I tell the model number of my electronic device?
If the model number or name is not displayed on the product itself, items that are battery powered will usually have this information located under the battery. Also, your cell provided can often supply this information promptly. Other devices will usually have information in their help file and then click about.
